Go to dine amazing food at the very cozy Stella Maris down the road and behind the Igreja Paroquial de S. Pedro or if you prefer a smaller occasion just get the best Burger in town amongst other simple yet tasty dishes at Café Pierrot. Or just take yet another delicious Burger home as take away from Casa Dom Hamburgueria after an extensive day at the beach. A little further down you have the Restaurant Marégrafo for typical Portuguese cuisine and an excellent fish serving complementing the old fishing town of Buarcos which could be served with a lovely sunset and if you are ever tired of sunbathing again after your lunch at Marégrafo, just head up to the Núcleo Museológico do Mar on another occasion to go and see and learn about the history of this little town.  There are a lot of activities as well as festivals in Figueira to look out for.
